September at Superga brings together music, culture and spirituality. The Solemnity of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the titular feast of the Basilica of Superga. Discover the Solemn Mass on 13 September, the spiritual celebrations, concerts and evening openings that mark this special month.

School Supplies Collection 2026

The Basilica of Superga is taking part in SERMIG's school supplies collection for families who turn to the Arsenale della Pace for help. School supplies can also be delivered to the Basilica.

Sassi - Superga Tram Summer Timetable 2026

From Saturday 27 June 2026, the Sassi - Superga Tram operates on its summer timetable. From Monday to Friday, services run every hour from 10:00 to 18:00, with the last downhill departure from Superga at 18:30. The service is not available on Wednesdays. On Saturdays, the service is extended with hourly departures from 9:00 to 23:00, last departure from Superga at 23:30. On Sundays and public holidays, trams run hourly from 9:00 to 20:00, with last descent at 20:30.

Inauguration of the First Phase of the Guesthouse

On 20 June 2026, the first phase of the Guesthouse was inaugurated in the presence of local institutions and representatives of the Turin hillside community.

Superga Express: new line from central Turin

From 17 May 2026, on Sundays and public holidays, the experimental GTT Superga Express service will be active. The line connects Piazza Vittorio Veneto with the Basilica of Superga, running approximately every 40 minutes with intermediate stops at Ricasoli and Sassi. The service replaces the 79/ holiday line.

Prayer for the Sick

Every second Saturday of the month, we pray for all sick people. A simple prayer to which we invite you to join us, to pray together with the sick who can attend in person or to pray for those who are unable to come because they are in hospital or confined at home.
