On Sunday, September 20, 2026, the square in front of the Basilica of Superga will be the finish line for the Greentour 2026 trail running event, organized by ASD Giannone Running Circuit. Around 2,500 runners are expected on three routes: 20km from Turin, 9km from Pino Torinese, and 5km Family Run.

Traffic measures requested:

1. Basilica Square
From 06:00 until the end of the event (approx. 16:30), partial closure of the square on the North-East side and no parking with tow-away zone. A two-way traffic system will be set up on the opposite half of the square. Please do not park overnight.

2. Panoramica Road (Via dei Colli)
Full road closure from 08:30 to 15:00 from the intersection with Via Torino to the intersection with Strada Superga. Only residents, service vehicles and GTT athlete shuttles allowed.

3. Other access roads
Temporary rolling closures on Strada dell'Eremo, Strada dell'Osservatorio, Via Pietra del Gallo and Pino Torinese roundabout between 08:30 and 11:30. Access to Superga by car from Turin and Pino will be interrupted.

How to reach the Basilica
We recommend the Sassi-Superga rack railway. If driving, arrive before 08:00 and plan to leave after 15:30. Religious services will be held as usual.
